Maher has been working in the industry since 2010. Early on, he worked on a $450m residential tower, reporting to the master developer while liaising various consultants. He obtained an MSc in Project and Enterprise Management from the University College London in 2012.

In addition to Project Management, he has spent the year prior to starting Sterling Bros studying the London Property Market, forming a strong data base of property values and opportunities.

With his over 3 years of commercial real-estate consulting experience, Maher has successfully sourced and purchased over £50m of property deals in the United Kingdom for overseas property funds.

Omar started his career in London working with a property consultancy and was responsible for performing valuations on various asset classes. He then went on to join a London based property investment vehicle in the role of asset manager where he was involved in numerous deals worth over £600m.

After obtaining his MBA, Omar went on to establishing a development and construction company in the Middle East where he acted as Owner Representative on numerous projects with a total asset value over $100m.
